Durable airmate, accurate airmate, trusted after-sales service
Occasionally, when a new tire is installed onto a wheel, there are often cases that the tire bead does not attach well to the wheel. It is especially common in aluminum wheels and rusty steel wheels equipped with recently widely used wide tires. Air pockets between the wheels and beads can cause the tire to move sideways as the car travels at a high speed while the vehicle is galloping on left and right curves. However, the equilibrium and the load balance of the wheels change proportionally according to the installed position on the wheel. Inadequate installation of tire bead causes fluctuation of balance after driving. As a result of this, a customer whose car has a wide tire on an aluminum wheel may experience balance fluctuation in a short period of time. To prevent the problem, equipment for over-inflation, in which air pressure is injected more than specified air pressure and air is taken again with the specific pressure, is used while rotating the roller pressing the bead portion.
How to use CERTON tire automatic air injector (AIRMATE)
When the nitrogen gas is injected into the tire, it must be injected at 95 to 98% to have effects of the injection. When the nitrogen gas is firstly injected into the tire, AIRMATE can work automatically according to the set value.
Safety work program that stops when a certain pressure (40 psi) is reached in consideration of safety when working on large tires and judges tires for defects and injects high air pressure
(1) Using the TM150W, when a small tire injection is selected as the target tire pressure for large tires, the injector automatically stops and warns (Standard)
(2) With more than 40PSI of air pressure is injected into passenger tires, the injector automatically stops and warns (Optional).
Possible to use as an air pressure gauge after tire air injection
